Nick and Jessica’s wedding was a beautiful day! They were surrounded with lots of love and laughter and I am so ecstatic to share with you a glimpse into their gorgeous day. The day started off with the girls and guys getting ready at the Alfond Inn. Their sweet ceremony was held at Knowles Chapel and their wedding reception was at the Women’s Club of Winter Park. All of the Decor was handpicked by Jessica. Everything was so beautiful and full of love! Congratulations to Jessica & Nick! I wish them both a lifetime of happiness!

Here is the story of how they met, fell in love and how he proposed in Jessica’s words.

“Nick and I met during our last year of pharmacy school in Ft Lauderdale, Fl. We actually went to different schools, but met by chance while both out downtown with friends and hit if off after discovering our common career choice. After only a few weeks, we became official and have been inseparable for the 5 years since.

We love to travel and for our engagement, Nick surprised me with a weekend trip to one of my favorite cities, Savannah, Ga. First of all, he told me we had dinner reservations but wanted to walk around Forsyth Park first. As we strolled around, a man with a camera approached us and asked for help with a “project”. He handed Nick some cue cards and asked me to read them aloud.

I was kind of confused but went along with it. The cue cards replicated the lines from one of my favorite movies, “Love Actually” with a few personalized touches thrown in. The last cue card ended with the sentimental line from the movie “to me you are perfect” and a proposal on one knee! Meanwhile, the photographer captured the whole scene. I couldn’t have been more surprised or impressed by Nick’s creative proposal. We followed up the night with strolling along the streets of Savannah to look at the Christmas lights and a romantic dinner in the wine cellar of the Olde Pink House. It was an amazing weekend I’ll never forget!”
